TROPICAL- released in 2014 as a limited vinyl lp on the mysterious GANGSIGNS records in west London.the vinyl sold out before a lot of people got a chance to hear it and the tunes quietly slipped into obscurity. inspired from a trip to the remote island of Grenada waaaay down on at the bottom of the caribbean- tropical is a very unique shit and shine lp! nothing quite like it. very electro-heavy on sludgy -hiphop on heroin- type beats and even a sick r&b slowjam romantic nightmare tune called welly too far away. mastered at legendary transition mastering in deep south London by an engineer famous for mastering all the big jungle/d&b/grime tunes.these jams are solid gold shit and shine.
